Customers Choose Us !!

AVet Career Solutions is a Florida-based organization dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities live more independently, achieve meaningful employment, and become active participants in their communities.

From finding the right job to learning the skills needed to live independently, our approach begins with one simple question:

“What does success look like for YOU?”

Then we build the support around the answer.

The Right Support Person Can Make All the Difference

That's why AVet considers more than availability when matching individuals with members of our team. We consider personality, interests, communication style, age preferences, energy level and the individual's goals.

Looking for someone young, energetic and ready to get out into the community? We get it.

Prefer someone who's laid-back, patient and enjoys good conversation? We get that too.

Because the individual shouldn't have to fit the provider. The support should fit the individual.
